A little backstory.

Strike A Pose Creative Consultant to B2B Brands
I got tired of watching awesome products selling themselves badly.
I've spent the last few years in growth roles and consulting early-stage B2B startups. Thinking is my primary skill, supported by writing, empathy, and good taste. That got me working on positioning, tone of voice, ads, landing pages, and creative direction for 50+ brands. And with each one, the same thing kept getting louder: most B2B brands take their ads too seriously. They forget that behind every business is just a human scrolling — someone who'll stop if you give them a reason to. Not a feature list. Not a buzzword. A reason.
Everyone looks at what their competitors ran, those competitors looked at theirs, and somewhere down the line you all ended up with the same ad. The clever headline gets rewarded. The sexy visual gets appreciated. What gets ignored is the actual angle — the honest, sharp way to frame what you do so people actually care. Your insight however small, the way you see your product and the way you want your customers to see it. Wasn't that the whole point?
Most ads say the right thing the wrong way. I couldn't unsee it. So I stopped just noticing and started doing something about it. Your product already has the angle. I'm just behind the scenes, finding it.

Answers to your questions.
What does a 2-week sprint actually mean?
2 weeks of work, but you decide the timeframe. It can be continuous, or spread across certain days in a month — whatever works for your team. The only thing that matters is commitment. If timelines slip on your end, we can't take responsibility for delays. The sprint works when both sides show up.
What do I need to prepare beforehand?
Your campaign goal, who you're targeting, and any past ad performance data you have. If you have sales call recordings, competitor examples, or landing pages — share them. We do the rest.
What do I walk away with?
Creative direction, ad copy, visual direction, and 7 production-ready static ad designs. Source files, copy docs — everything your team needs to run the campaign and iterate on their own.
Do you run the ads too?
No. We build the creative — angles, copy, design. Your team or media buyer handles the media buying and campaign management. We can recommend partners if you need one.
What platforms do you design for?
Meta, LinkedIn, and Google primarily. Static ads only — we don't do video production, but we can write video scripts as an add-on.
What's the difference between the sprint and the monthly refresher?
The sprint is a new campaign from scratch — research, angles, creative direction, ads. The refresher builds on the existing campaign — reviews performance, finds new angles, and delivers 7 fresh ads. Max 3 refreshes per campaign, then it's a new sprint.
Will this actually improve my ad performance?
Better creative usually means better results, but we can't guarantee specific metrics. What we can guarantee is that your ads will say something worth saying, in a way that makes people stop. The numbers follow when the message is right.
Do you sign non-competes?
No. Having worked with 50+ brands across industries is exactly what makes the work better. Fresh perspective comes from breadth, not exclusivity.
Can we skip the advance payment?
No. This is a business, just like yours. We've had brands not show up after kicking things off, and we don't want to chase anyone for work we've already done. Both sides need to invest equally for this to work. Advance is a must.
What if we don't like the work? Do you refund?
No. When you hire us, we assume you've seen our work and are confident in what we do. We put in our best to understand your expectations and deliver on them, and we expect the same courtesy in return.
