Let's fix your brand narrative.

Confusing homepage is not good for business. Outdated messaging is probably worse. Time to do something about it?

So... How does the sprint work?

week 1 — strategy

We figure out what
to say and why.

We interview your teams, study your wins and losses, analyse your competitors — and build a positioning strategy you can actually stand behind.

Day 01 Intake questionnaire

A structured voice questionnaire filled via Wisprflow by your Marketing, CS, Sales, and Product teams. Don't have Wisprflow? It's on us. Takes 30 minutes per person — we extract what months of workshops can't.

Day 02–04 Deep analysis

We listen to your sales calls — close wins, close losses, renewals. We study your case studies, testimonials, G2 reviews, competitor homepages, and everything in between. By day 4, we know your product better than most of your team.

Day 05 Positioning framework

Who you are, fr. The problem you solve. The value you add. What makes you different. How you actually do it. And where you intend to go. Documented in a positioning deck your entire team can align behind.

Sprint Calendar 14 days. 6 deliverables. 1 homepage.

week 2 — execution

We show you how
it looks and ships.

Visual layouts built with AI tools, iterated with your feedback, and delivered production-ready. No wireframe graveyard — a homepage you can actually launch.

Day 07–10 Homepage layouts & copy

Visual layouts, section structure, and production-ready copy — built using AI design tools so you see real pages, not grey boxes. Your positioning strategy translated into a homepage that actually tells your story.

Day 10–12 Variations & iterations

Multiple directions explored. Live review sessions. We refine messaging, layout, and narrative flow based on your feedback until your team says "that's it."

Day 14 Delivered

Positioning strategy deck. Production-ready homepage with copy and layout. Internal alignment your team didn't know it needed. All yours.

Creative Consultant to B2B Brands
Letter from the founder

I got tired of watching awesome products explain themselves badly.

I've spent the last few years in growth roles and consulting early-stage B2B startups. Thinking is my primary skill, supported by writing, empathy, and good taste. That got me working on positioning, tone of voice, ads, landing pages, and creative direction for 50+ brands. And with each one, the same thing kept getting louder: most B2B startups have no idea how to talk about themselves. Not because they don't know what they've built. They do. But there's so much of it that the homepage ends up saying everything and landing on nothing.

Everyone looks at what their competitors did, those competitors looked at theirs, and somewhere down the line you all ended up with the same page. The clever headline gets rewarded. The sexy tagline gets appreciated. What gets ignored is the honest, authentic version of who you actually are. Your voice, your insight however small, the way you see your product and the way you want your customers to see you. Wasn't that the whole point?

In consumer products, packaging is sacred. In B2B, your homepage is your packaging. And no one treats it that way. I couldn't unsee it. So I stopped just noticing and started doing something about it. Your brand already has everything it needs. I'm just behind the scenes, letting it pose.

FAQ

Answers to your questions.

What does a 14-day sprint actually mean?

14 days of work, but you decide the timeframe. It can be continuous, or spread across certain days in a month — whatever works for your team. The only thing that matters is commitment. If timelines slip on your end, we can't take responsibility for delays. The sprint works when both sides show up.

Who from my team needs to be involved?

Ideally someone from Marketing, Sales, CS, and Product. The people closest to your customers and your product. 4–5 people max, and everyone who joins should be available through the sprint.

What do I need to prepare beforehand?

A structured intake questionnaire via Wisprflow (we'll set it up). If you have sales call recordings, case studies, or reviews handy, share them. We do the rest.

What if I already have a homepage?

Most clients do. The sprint isn't about starting from scratch — it's about figuring out what your homepage should actually say, and rebuilding it around that. Think of it as a repositioning, not a redesign.

Do you only work on homepages?

The sprint focuses on one page — usually the homepage, because that's where positioning lives. Product pages, landing pages, and ad creatives are available as add-ons once the core positioning is locked.

What do I walk away with?

A positioning framework, brand narrative, production-ready copy, and a live website shipped on the platform of your choice. You'll need to align other pages around it — usually done in-house, but my freelancers and I can help.

Will this actually improve my conversion rate?

It might. It might not — at least not right away. Authentic positioning can shift your audience, and that means a recalibration period. You'll need to align ads, outbound, and other touchpoints too. This is done to be authentic — the numbers follow.

Do you sign non-competes?

No. Having worked with 50+ brands across industries is exactly what makes the work better. Fresh perspective comes from breadth, not exclusivity.

What happens after the 14 days?

You ship. And if things evolve — new product, new segment, new market — the quarterly refresh keeps your positioning current without starting over.

Can we skip the advance payment?

No. This is a business, just like yours. We've had brands not show up after kicking things off, and we don't want to chase anyone for work we've already done. Both sides need to invest equally for this to work. Advance is a must.

What if we don't like the work? Do you refund?

No. When you hire us, we assume you've seen our work and are confident in what we do. We put in our best to understand your expectations and deliver on them, and we expect the same courtesy in return.
